FLC integrates Federal government principles into our financial aid rules, policies, and procedures.

1. To the extent that they are able, parents should and will pay for the education of their children;
2. Students also must assume responsibility for a reasonable portion of their educational expenses; and
3. The family's financial circumstances should be evaluated consistently and equitably while recognizing that special circumstances can and do alter a family's ability to contribute to the student's education.

The college has a number of policies related to billing and payment. 

The College has several refund polices related to Financial Aid, overpayments, withdrawals, etc.

There are some eligibility requirements to keep your Financial Aid. You must meet specific requirements, such as:

• United States citizen or eligible non-citizen
• Admitted to Fort Lewis College
• Enrolled in a degree-seeking program, eligible certificate program, or the Teacher Licensing Program
• Not in default on a student loan or owe an overpayment of a federal grant

Get your financial aid refund deposited directly into a checking or savings account—a secure and convenient way to get your refund.

Add an authorized user to your Student Account Suite so they can view and manage bill payments. Authorized users can be any third party a student wants to allow access to their Student Account Suite.
