About Dr. Jane Harwell
Dr. Jane Harwell is an Assistant Professor of English at Fort Lewis College. She holds a Ph.D. from Duke University, where she researched Restoration and eighteenth-century reception of the Ovidian love motif in early women's writing. Her teaching focuses on gender, sexuality, and feminist studies; British literature and culture; and rhetoric and composition. She enjoys talking to students about books and culture from Homer to Bravo.
