Elizabeth Howe is the Chief Operating Officer at La Plata Electric Association (LPEA), leading utility operations with an emphasis on safety, reliability, workforce development, and community impact. She previously spent three decades in ski area operations, including COO at Mountain Capital Partners and executive roles at Vail and Telluride, experience that honed her skills in running complex, customer-centric operations. Elizabeth is pursuing her MBA at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and is known for purpose-driven leadership, organizational efficiency, and delivering results for LPEA’s members.

David served in high-level leadership roles at Lockheed Martin and completed executive programs at Northwestern, UCLA, Wharton, and Harvard. He retired from Lockheed Martin in 2018.

Diana Murray is the Vice President of Strategic Development at Citizens State Bank. Diana's past roles include CEO of ASAP Accounting & Payroll where she led the merger between ASAP's payroll operations with Dominion Payroll.
