The Grounds shop maintains the 362 acre campus, managing the landscape and turf areas. They do so in a manner that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the campus academic and social environment.

The Grounds shop are also responsible for snow removal from campus walkways.

The campus includes approximately 65 acres of lawns and athletic fields, 159 acres of natural habitat, 22 acres of parking and 25.5 miles of walks, stairs, and roadways.
