How to Join the Ultimate Frisbee Team
As a FLC Ultimate athlete/scholar, you can expect:
- Two team practices per week led by a coach and team leaders.
- Skill development focused on throwing, cutting, defense, conditioning, and game strategy.
- Beginner and advanced instruction — no prior ultimate experience required.
- Travel to regional collegiate ultimate tournaments and events.
- Games and scrimmages against other colleges and club teams.
- Opportunities to help teach and mentor new players and the local community through clinics and pickup games.
- Opportunity to help build and grow a new Fort Lewis College team.

Requirements
Academic Requirements
- No academic, financial, or disciplinary holds
- Cumulative GPA of at least 2.0
- Enrolled for a minimum of 12 credits per semester
Other Requirements
- Adhere to team sportsmanship and Spirit of the Game principles
- Assist with and participate regularly in practices, events, and fundraising
- Stay up-to-date on dues payments
