This selection is used when the user already knows their current username and password and wishes to change it. They must input the old password and then pick a new one that follows the guidelines.
This selection is used when the user does not know their password, but knows their username and security question.
Students: Students will input their username, answer the security question, and then choose a new password. This new password must be different from an old password in addition to following the password guidelines.
Faculty/Staff: Faculty and staff cannot reset their passwords on The Fort. They must either go to the Help Desk or call the Help Desk extension (x7444).
