Here you will have the option to activate your network account, change your password if you know it, reset your password, or request your username if you forgot it.
The Help Desk can also reset your network password with you in person with presentation of your FLC Skycard. Find us in the basement level of Reed Library.
Students: Students will input their username, answer the security question, and then choose a new password. This new password must be different from an old password in addition to following the password guidelines.
Faculty/Staff: Faculty and staff can also use the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset.
