To Project the Computer

Turn ON both projectors with the remote control kept by the podium. For sound make sure the amplifier (next to computer) power is on and the volume control is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer.

To turn off the projectors press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Projecting a DVD

Turn ON both projectors with the remote control kept by the computer. Log onto the computer and insert the DVD. After logging onto the computer insert the DVD into the Disc drive and choose VLC from the list of DVD player programs. A DVD can also be played in the VCR/DVD combo player. Press the input button on the projector remote and select Video. For sound make sure the amplifier (next to computer) power is on and the volume control is turned up.

To turn off the projectors press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Connecting a Laptop

On top of the podium compartment there is a spare male 15 pin (VGA) connector that plugs into the laptop. Turn ON the projectors with the remote control kept by the computer.  Select Laptop on the Projector Input Device in the podium below the keyboard. For laptop sound connect the spare audio cable (also in the compartment) into the laptop headphone connection. Make sure the amplifier power is on, the master volume turned up to @ 7, and the volume control labeled laptop is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the laptop.
