To Project the Computer
Turn ON both projectors with the remote control kept by the computer desk. For sound make sure the amplifier (in cabinet next to computer) power is on, the master volume is turned up and the volume control labeled Computer is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer.
To turn off the projectors press the power button once and then again to confirm. Projecting a DVD
Turn ON both projectors with the remote control kept by the computer desk. After logging onto the computer insert the DVD into the Disc drive and choose VLC from the list of DVD player programs. A DVD can also be played in the VCR/DVD combo player. Press the input button on the projector remote and select Video. For sound make sure the amplifier (in cabinet next to computer) power is on, the master volume is turned up and the volume control labeled Computer or VCR/DVD is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer.
To turn off the projectors press the power button once and then again to confirm. Connecting a Laptop
In the cabinet next to the computer there is a drawer containing a spare male 15 pin (VGA) connector that plugs into the laptop. Turn ON the projectors with the remote control kept by the computer. Select Laptop on the Projector Input Device in the cabinet below the amplifier. For laptop sound connect the spare audio cable (also in the drawer) into the laptop headphone connection. Make sure the amplifier power is on, the master volume turned up to @ 7, and the volume control labeled laptop is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the laptop.
