This space features a Crestron Touch Control Panel mounted on the Nomad Podium that allows for easy volume; camera, and projector control. Facing the students is a large white board on which the room's standard projector can display. Mounted to the ceiling are both an AVer PTZ camera, and a Shure microphone array tile, making this room fully Zoom capable.
The AVer TR530 PTZ camera is USB connected to the classroom PC for use in video conferencing applications such as Zoom. The camera has pan, tilt, and zoom capability which are controlled with a touch panel or a remote. They do have a simple tracking feature that can be enabled or disabled.
The Nomad Podiums are multi-purpose lecterns with AV incorporated into them, providing an encapsulated system with control, video switching, and multiple source inputs. Most Nomads will have these features:
These microphones are an array of multiple mics to pick up all the voices in the room. These microphones are connected to the Built-in PC for use in video conferencing software such as Zoom.
